Well, this may not be a very detailed application, but this is my application.

1)I have been a GM/Admin in other naruto games.
2)I have also been the kage in other naruto games too.
3)I will appeal to the players.
4)This is my GM/Admin application and I hope you pick me to be one.
5)I will enforce the rules as best I can.
